Predict the outcome of 2019 election with available data

These are few gathered data for you to look into for a possible prediction of today’s winner in the presidential race. Brain Trust Hub has not gathered this data to announce the winner, only for you to be able to follow the result announcement and predict.

Below are the states of both the presidential candidates and their running mate.

APC, presidential candidate, Mohmmadu Buhari, is from Kastina State (Fulani man)

His running mate born in Lagos State

PDP, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, is from Adamawa State (Fulani man)

His running mate is from Anambra State

Below are the Geo political Zones of Presidential candidates and their running mate.

Mohammadu Buhari is from North West zone. Other States alongside Kastina, his state are;

Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Kebbi, Sokoto and Zamfara

Atiku Abunbakar is from the North East zone. Other States alongside Adamawa, his state are;

Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba and Yobe

Geo political Zones of running mates

APC: Prof. Yemi Osinbajo born in Lagos State, the south west zone. Other State alongside Lagos, his state are; Ekiti, Ogun, Ondo, Osun and Oyo

PDP: Peter Obi is from Anambra State, the South East zone. Other states alongside are Abia, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo

The top 5 are;

Lagos with the highest of       5,531,389                    APC State (Prof Osibajo’s zone)

Kano follows with                  4,696,747                    APC State (Muhammadu Buhari’s zone)

Kaduna follows with              3,648,831                    APC State (Muhammadu Buhari’s zone)

Kastina with                            3,187,988                    APC State (Muhammadu Buhari’s state)

Rivers with                              2,833,101                    PDP State (Close to Peter Obi’s zone)

None of these are automatic victory for anyone as we have strong stakeholders in each state opposing sitting powers.
