UPDATED: All Progressive Congress, APC national party chairman, Adams Oshiomole frowns deeply to the decision of INEC.

He demanded special apology to his political party, APC. He agrees with the excuses given by the commission but reiterated a simple question of why wait till 3:00 am when decent Nigerians were sleeping?
