Two sides of a coin

Sometimes life does not offer what we really expect, but whichever side it turns to us, we should embrace it because many are in worse situations.

Stanza 1 of the poem, describes life as an episode which has series of events unfolding on two sides: the good and bad side.

Stanza 2 describes human as unequal beings of two different classes; the rich and the poor

Stanza 3 portrays the title of the poem “two sides of a coin”

Where some are happy while some are bereaved

And poverty goes alongside luxury

The last stanza describes the leaders and their subjects; the leaders embrace lies and corruption and inflict suffering on those who are truthful and making the visions and set goals impossible to accomplish.
