I Chose Music Over Medicine, Love Davido for His Ginger and Swag- Tbless

(Brain Trust Hub)I chose music over medical career. Tbless said this in an interview with Brain Trust Hub correspondent. He equally mentioned how much he is willing to have a collabo with Davido because of his ginger and swag.

Tbless is originally known as Blessed, born October 1, 1991, brought up in Jos before seeking for greener pasture in Lagos State. He attended YMSS High School.

“It was after my Secondary School that I decided to pursue my music dream” He said.

My mother wanted me to study medicine, which was why she had to change my school at a point, but passion is passion. As for me, Music is my passion. I chose Music over Medicine and I am happy doing that till now.

At a point his mother asked “Blessed, what do you want to do with your life”. He told his mother he wants to be a musician. That was the end of his mother’s concern and there were times he left home for days following people of like minds till he could find his way to Lagos State where he went to a music class in Magodo Phase II and joined choir that reads musical notes.

2Baba and M.I are Nigerians’ role model for Tbless, while Chris Brown is his foreign role model. Despite this, he still chose Davido as an artist he will love to have a collabo with. When asked why Davido? He said, “I love him because of too much ginger and swag”

As for the music industry, he is of the opinion that Nigeria music industry is doing so well to his perspective and he will love to be a known face in the industry latest come 2020.He chose Chocolate City and Mavin as his dream record label.
